東北電力が日本国内におけるトタルの太陽光発電所の45％の出資参画（再生可能エネルギー部門）

パリ、2020年6月5日 – トタルの完全子会社であるトタル・ソーラー・インターナショナルは、宮城県大郷町の52MWpの大型太陽光発電所である「宮城大郷ソーラーパーク」の90%の出資持分の内45%を東北電力へ売却する契約を締結しました。

本事業は2019年に建設を開始、2021年に完工予定であり、クリーンで信頼性の高い電力を約1万5,600世帯の家庭に提供します。

「地域の電力会社としての専門知識と経験をもって本事業をより強固なものとする東北電力の参画を歓迎いたします。本契約によりトタルが積極的に開発を進めている日本の再生可能エネルギー部門における将来の協業の道を拓く、新たなパートナーシップを構築していきます」とトタルの再生可能エネルギー部門の上級副社長のジュリアン・プジェは言います。「建設段階における強力な地域のパートナーの参画は、資本効率化を目指す弊社の再生可能エネルギーの開発ビジネスモデルに沿ったものです」

当太陽光発電所は、トタル・ソーラー・インターナショナル(45%)、東北電力(45%)とソフトバンクグループ株式会社の子会社であるＳＢエナジー株式会社(10%)による特別目的会社「宮城大郷ソーラーパーク合同会社」により運営を行います。
